Water-Based Cold Adhesive LT-SAA

Compared with traditional glue, water-based laminating adhesive is made of imported raw materials and has the advantages of high solid content, low viscosity, good process applicability, strong adhesion, and non-toxicity. It is suitable for aluminum foil (OPA), pretreated polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE), polypropylene (OPP, CPP), polyester (PET), polyamide (PA, ONY) film, metal-sprayed film, and two-component solvent-based polyurethane adhesive compounded between glass paper.

Use can enhance the brightness of printed products, increase the light resistance of printed ink, increase the heat and moisture resistance of the ink layer, and play a role in protecting prints and beautifying products.

Compared with traditional oil-based adhesive

1. It has excellent coating performance and can replace the existing solvent laminating adhesive on the dry laminating machine. It can save 20~30% of the cost; it can save about 50% of the cost when used for gold and silver cards.

2. It has excellent gloss and transparency, aging resistance, and yellowing resistance. It has good post-processing performance, can be used for fine lines, hot stamping, hot silver, UV, etc.

3. Environmentally friendly green products can be safely used for the processing of packaging materials such as food, medicine, tobacco, alcohol, children's toys, etc.

4. After use, the machine is cleaned with clean water to improve the production environment, completely eliminate the occurrence of static fire accidents during the lamination process of oily products, and ensure the health of production personnel. It can be used on the original oily machine.

5. Good temperature resistance, no debonding and bubbling for 120 hours under constant temperature conditions of 60℃ or -18℃.

Uses

1: Suitable for lamination of high-end handbags and high-end color boxes.

2: Suitable for lamination of BOPP film/printed products, PET laser film and paper products.

How to use:

1. This product has adjusted various indicators according to the requirements of the lamination process. Do not add water and other solvents when using it.

2. After gluing and laminating, the recommended drying and pressing temperature is 70-80℃, which can be adjusted appropriately according to the lamination speed and product requirements.

Notes:

1. Store in a cool place, avoid direct sunlight, and keep at a temperature of 5-40℃. Be careful to prevent freezing. Long-term storage below 0℃ will damage product performance.

2. Please do not mix with other products. Unused products should be kept sealed.
