Characteristics and application of aluminized film

The use of aluminized film in packaging mainly has the following advantages:

(2) aluminized film can replace aluminum foil, but the amount of aluminum is greatly reduced, which not only saves energy and materials, but also reduces the cost of commodity packaging.

(3) The aluminized layer on the surface of the aluminized film has good electrical conductivity, therefore, the sealing performance is good, and the packaging can be sealed when packaging powder items, thus greatly reducing the incidence of leakage.

It is precisely because of the advantages of the above aspects that the application of aluminized film is more and more widespread, and it has become a widely used packaging material in the flexible packaging industry. There are many types of aluminized film, the most widely used aluminized film is mainly polyester aluminized film (VMPET) and CPP aluminized film (VMCPP), polyester aluminized film (VMPET) is generally used as the middle layer of composite packaging, due to its beautiful appearance, it is used in packaging, such as milk powder, tea and other packaging bags. CPP aluminized film (VMCPP) is generally used as a heat sealing layer for composite packaging, often used in ordinary small food (such as biscuits) packaging.
